How many tickets will be sold?

         5,000

Will I have to pay income tax on the value of the home?

         Yes.  A $25,000 (twenty-five thousand dollar) cash prize will also be awarded to help pay the income tax on the winnings.   A private lender will be standing by and will offer a market rate mortgage to a gainfully employed winner for the balance of the taxes due so the winner can live in the home with a mortgage payment that will be much less than even the market rate rental value on comparable homes. 

How do I purchase tickets?

         Tickets may be purchased online with a credit or debit card or you can mail a money order to Sprint for Sight, Inc., 322 Silver Beach Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32118.  You must provide your full name, age, address, phone number and valid email address.

When will I get my tickets?

         Your order will be confirmed instantly, if you make your contribution and purchase your tickets online. After your payment is approved you will be able to view and print your confirmation receipt along with your E-Ticket(s), electronic tickets (these are the drawing tickets). In addition, your confirmation receipt and E-Ticket(s) will be automatically emailed to the email address you provided during the transaction process. The E-Ticket(s) will be sent in PDF format, so you can easily store them for your records.  You may mail in a self-addressed, post pre-paid (SASE) envelope if you would like a hard copy of your raffle ticket.

         All tickets are processed in the order they are received, due to the extreme attention of our event, please allow 30 days to receive your tickets via email for U.S. mail orders.

Do I have to be present at the drawings to be able to win?

         No, you do not need to be present to win. The winners will be notified by telephone, email, certified U.S. mail, return receipt and posted on our website within 24 hours of the drawing.

 Is there a cash option instead of the 2009 Debary Home for the Grand Prize?

         This option may be considered for future drawings, but there is no cash option for the Grand Prize.

Can you raffle my home too?

 Is my raffle ticket tax deductible?

         No.  The IRS has determined that contributions made in exchange for a raffle ticket are not tax deductible.
